The staff is gentle here, the services are helpful, and location is pleasant right by tube, the underground, Earls Court. A nice touch is also the good beverages in the outdoor bar.

The staff was courteous, the accommodation was affordable and fairly clean. It was in a central setting close to West Kensington tube station as well as Kensington Olympia bus stop. Everything was simply perfect.

Super breakfast, magnificent location for exploring London. Large restaurant and enthusiastic staff. The bed was large and it was great having climate control, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Smooth check in and impeccable service throughout my stay.

really kind staff, pretty decent setting. rooms were compact & convenient. everything was quite new as expected, but the bathroom was so small. the gardens were comfortable here. apart from that, royal albert hall was 10 minutes' drive away.

A perfectly fine hotel, we had a wonderful stay. The room was quiet, the bed was perfect, the service was attentive. Staff were eager to help and wonderful thoughout our stay. The beach nearby was spectacular and the view was magnificent.
